Technology Support Center (Help Desk)

We can also be reached via email at help@oswego.edu , via phone at (315) 312-3456, or by walk-in. The Technology Support Center office is located in 26 Lanigan Hall (ground floor). Hallways are marked with signs to point you in the right direction, no matter which of the four building entrances are used. If you call after normal business hours, please leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Office hours for Winter Break session

Monday - Friday: 8am-4:30pm

NOTE: our office will be closed 12/25, 12/26, 1/1, 1/2 and 1/19 during the Winter break period.

Our recorded status line is accessible at (315)312-5678. If there are major outages or other items of interest for our users, we will post them there. Important service alerts for the campus are also available online.
